Project Mentoring Programme
The Programme aims to enhance the quality of applications for external co-financing for scientific projects and, consequently, to increase the number of awarded grants and to enhance the quality of the implementation of scientific projects at the Warsaw University of Technology through the creation of a communication and collaboration channel between the University’s employees with experience in project implementation and employees and doctoral students applying for or implementing grants.
Beneficiaries
An employee may become a mentor in the Programme if they have wide experience in the following:
- the management and implementation of scientific projects financed or co-financed by external institutions (as a result of being awarded a grant);
- the work related to the preparation of documentation of the application for project co-financing from external funds;
- reviews of projects in grant competitions which aimed to co-finance scientific projects.
A mentee may be any employee of the Warsaw University of Technology and any doctoral student attending the Warsaw University of Technology.
