  • Prepare the following documents:
    • a description of the planned research project, up to 2 pages, including the expected outcomes within the project;
    • the academic tutor’s consent to supervise the project, fulfilling the conditions defined in section 4 of these Regulations (scan of consent or a document certified with the qualified electronic signature; the consent shall include the first name and surname of the student and the name of the project);
    • the information on the first- and second-cycle degree studies (field of study, faculty, university) and information on the grades obtained at the end of first-cycle degree studies, including the cumulative grade point averages from the last semester completed during second-cycle degree studies (for students from outside the Warsaw University of Technology – a document from their home university Dean’s office);
    • the information on the documented achievements in research and development work, including publications, software, and during the implementation of research grants;
    • the declaration that the project neither has been, nor is funded under another IDUB programme, nor any other source of public funds (the principle of no double funding).
